  • Coverage Area: We currently ship exclusively to all residential and business addresses within the UK.

2. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES All orders undergo a processing phase before shipment:

  • Order Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 - 9 business days via premium tracked courier services (e.g., Royal Mail / Evri / YunExpress).

  • Total Estimated Time: You can generally expect your package to arrive within 6 to 12 business days from the date your order was placed.

3. ORDER TRACKING

4. INCORRECT ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that your shipping address is completely accurate at the time of checkout. Al-Makan cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional redelivery fees.
